All black "Augusta fells high school" in Baltimore recently had an investigation by local news stations into their learning curriculum with horrific results. It said that the 10th graders had a reading level of a second grader and some at the 10th grade level could not even read at all. The state of Maryland gives an enormous amount of funding to try and educate Baltimore niglets. I believe that altogether it is more than $14,000 per student (niglet/teenaper). Many of the nigs haven't been to school in years, but the schools keep them on the books in order to get more funding. It is a hopeless endeavor.
