It's crap like this that is why I got the hell out of Illinois. My dad followed shortly after. My sis and her husband are also looking to move out of state. It's also because of crap like this that I can say in public, "Wisconsin should build a wall and make Illinois pay for it" and most people nearby agree.
So basically they just want the whole state to be Detroit.
