Those damn Republicans and the political headlock they have on Chicago politics. Even Emanuel didn't go this far, but after all, niggers are expected to claim dindu nuffins.

Next time it'll bring up the asinine conspiracy theory of the CIA distributing drugs into inner cities.

Maybe I'm out on a limb here but....in just what galaxy would any gun law on the books matter even .0001% in Chicago's gun violence.

Every ape in Chicago with a gun in it's paw is in possession of a stolen firearm anyway. That's just for starters.
