Those they chased were seen breaking the law, and many were found to be armed, have warrants, or be on probation or parole. In the case of niggers, all three. The NYC cops used to make gun busts every day, when niggers jumped the subway turnstiles.

Uh, that is when cops give chase. They don't start running after someone for their health, though they could pick any random nigger to go after, and there would be warrants outstanding.
