The niggers in the photo probably have no concept of what a condom is. They just see :gibs being handed out and swarm like locusts, note the shirts and hats many are wearing.

Waste of time. Those niggers would just eat the condoms.

Make them have leopard and zebra stripes with a Nike symbol and tell they're clown shoes for their muh-diks. Then the niggers might use them. Niggers and condoms are a catch 22. In the long run, assuming niggers bothered in the heat of muh dikk, fewer niglets will be born. In the short run, though, there won't be as many niggers getting HIV, so there will be even more niggers living to older age.
