Car Plows Through Pedestrians In Times Square (update)

The lame ass media says this was an accident caused by a drunk driver and terrorism is ruled out.

I kinda doubt that. He ran up on the sidewalk at a "high rate of speed". I could be wrong, this guy is a US citizen and a Navy veteran. We shall see. Times Square, sidewalk and at a high rate of speed? Smells like a goat fucker to me.
