You just can't make that up: "Three meals a day comes from white supremacy and colonialism". Only brain dead libtards and niggers can come up with that, because they are the only people who don't work (and don't have a family life). Some nutritionists say you should eat about 7 small meals a day so your blood sugar doesn't spike, blah blah. I eat when I feel like it. Some days I only eat breakfast and dinner. Some days only lunch and dinner. Some days just lunch. How does that have to do with racism? Some cultures can eat all day long because of abundance, others like bush niggers, maybe once in a few days, when they kill a gazelle. So those who bitch and moan about 3 meals a day is white man's racism, shut up because at least you have something to eat to voice your opinion.

Eating three meals a day is kind of a new thing. In early America, people started eating three meals a day because they needed to. There wasn't any real modern construction equipment and whatnot, ditches were dug by hand, construction was a lot of heavy lifting and hard work. They also ate a lot more calories because they needed them.

Arguably the most colonizing culture in history, the ancient Romans, ate one big meal around noon. They, and most big empires in history, had mostly a carbohydrate driven diet.

Well let's shut down all the KFCs and Popeyes and see what the niggers choose to chow then.
