It would be more accurate to read "What Do Niggers Want the Police to Do?"

Can't say I've spoken to any human that has had a problem with the police apprehending criminals and wrangling them if necessary if they do not comply.

The niggers want what the niggers have always wanted. The ability to commit their crimes, sell their drugs, smash windows and break into people's business and homes, without any interference from the police. That's the whole idea behind the 'de-fund the police' malarkey
