I saw this shit in the military supply system. Businesses were required to submit their diebursity numbers and were listed as preferred suppliers when they were minority or women owned. If the good or service needed was supplied by two candidates, one YT male and one
minority owned female, the latter won the money every time even if the price was 10 times higher for the identical item.

So what happened? Every small to medium sized business would immediately hire a black lesbian to occupy a space on the board or be listed as an owner at 1 percent. This skirted the requirements and the hire was a silent body that did no work, drew a check and kept their mouths shut for the privilege.

Yeah, the same thing happens in the industry in which I work. We do very little direct public sector work for that very reason, as well as other reasons. But yeah, it is a common tactic to just enlist a subcontractor that is owned by a minority/woman and use that to skirt the requirements.

I AM terrified! To be precise, terrified does not even comes close!! What's an even bigger problem: Pre 9/11 cockpit doors usually were open during boarding, so you could see the pilots. So in theory one could fore a "medical condition" and leave the plane. How to find out if there is a nigger pilot in today's planes? My only hope is that the majority of the beasts will already crash a plane before they are allowed to fly with passengers.
