There really was a lot of foul race mixing in Central and south America. This was because in the colonial Spanish way of owning niggers, they were considered part of the family. They were not sold it traded, in other words, they were treated as humans, albeit lower on the social ladder. Most fair-skinned Latin American will not admit to have nigger blood, but due to centuries of miscegenation, there's a lot of 1% niggers out there. This guy just wants to capitalize on his animal ancestry.
