I would feel bad but the car was parked illegally. Still, this is why you don't give niggers any control over machinery.

Think of what your auto insurance rates would be without niggers. Parked illegally or not, the guy will file a claim that will likely get paid less his deductible. Then even if the truck company pays for repairs, it'll have to pay the city for the hydrant, and pass the costs onto customers. Niggers do nothing but make things more expensive.
