The police don't pursue, and then taser, those who are simply going about their business. That nigger did something to cause that action by the constables.

It had already done time in NU. In England you really have to do something serious to get locked up. Like criminal violence, robbery, forced muh-dik etc.

The Police had already arrested it the day before for drug possession and it readily admitted to carrying the next day when the Police tamed it.
