Thespian Kutcher wants to implement total governmental control over communication

There are so many things happening behind the scenes, it's just scary. Thespian Ashton Kutcher enriches himself with taxpayers' money with the help of the NGOS "Thorn" and "Safer" he founded. All under the guise of child protection, but in reality a mechanism for total monitoring of all citizens' communications should be implemented. Of course the WEF and EU are very enthusiastic. Confidentiality of letters is a thing of the past, and dare you if you have the "wrong opinion" (even though they don't say so - yet).
