Another taser used with no effect whatsoever, which put the other cop at unnecessary risk.
Every nigger complaining about "Whudinnu taze muh boi!" or "Whudinnu shoots in dat legs!" should be charged as an accessory to whatever crime.
Forget that taser nonsense. Cops should carry a short 12 gauge, full of bean bag and baton rounds, and have the authority to fire as many as needed to calm a monkey down.
