Seems to me I was watching Forensic Files once and a spook behind the wheel of a tugboat pushing some barges made a wrong turn, whacked a railroad bridge and knocked it halfway off its piers.

Commodore Coon didn't mention anything so the Amtrak train was never stopped, running full tilt into the swamp off the bridge.

Can't remember the death toll but it was more than one.

Who let that spook drive the tugboat anyway?
