Niggers using tax dollars to fund reparations for niggers in Illinois

In a surprise move, niggers in Illinois have decided to use tax dollars from marijuana sales to fund gibsmedats for niggers.

The program is, amusingly, intended to keep niggers in Evanston. I am okay with programs that intentionally or unintentionally keep niggers in the ghetto.

While it is unlikely that niggers will benefit in the short or long term as a result of this, it will be interesting to see what happens when niggers are given reparations, on a small scale. If the program is a success, I think humans in other locations can expect to have their tax dollars wasted on reparations.

Reparations like welfare money, EBT (food stamps/free food), free housing, free healthcare, free guns, and the freedom to terrorize humans.

Evanston's nigger population decreased from 22.5% in 2000 to 16.9% in 2017. Black flight has been detected, and now the politicians are trying to keep their niggers where they belong. In Evanston.

This could be a disturbing trend. The first time the gibs are handed out it will not be enough. Then we will have entered yet another multi billion dollar sink hole involving niggers.
