Antifa's hilarious fitness training video
Ok, so I know there are a ton of Antifa parody videos floating out there right now, hell, probably more parody than legit. But this gem seems to be for real. This group of Antifa sissies have given us the gift of filming their hilariously weak and effete workout and physical routine, wanting to create a "safe space" to teach self-defense to those too intimidated by "macho gym culture" (seriously).

Get a kick out of their feeble, uncoordinated self defense techniques and their completely ineffectual workouts. Most importantly though use this crap for surveillance purposes. These imbeciles are openly declaring hostile intent and violence, and then are smug and foolish enough to post their faces online so they can be more easily identified later.
