SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – On Friday, Saratoga County District Attorney Karen Heggen said Chalmers Davis, 44, originally of Schenectady, was sentenced to 40 years in prison. Davis was found guilty by a trial jury on March 28, 2022, in connection with a stabbing on Caroline Street in Saratoga Springs.

On August 10, 2021, Davis nearly stabbed one man to death and almost slashed another man's throat following a late-night alleged verbal dispute. The victim was slashed in the arm and transported to Albany Medical Center, where he underwent emergency surgery said police.

During Davis’s trial, the prosecuting attorney requested that he be sentenced to the maximum period of incarceration allowed by law given his near-thirty-year violent criminal history. The judge then reviewed Davis’s history in this case and prior criminal convictions, along with his social history before a final decision was made.

Meaning that nigger shouldn't have been walking free for 30 years. Like some of us have said, every judge, every prosecutor giving a lenient plea deal, every defense attorney, every parole board member voting for parole, every warden giving time off for good behavior, should be prosecuted as accessories when a released nigger commits another crime (and it will).

I'd back C&R for offences of anything below larceny. Anything that or higher, life. Of course failure to pay charl suppoat should result in automatic Castration.

Of course, I'm all in with Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes' opinion that "3 generations of imbeciles is enough" so I have no problem with compulsory sterilization of niggers anyway. Three generations would pretty much cover all of them and at least leave a few with IQ's above 85 to handle the garbage collection jobs as long as they behaved.

While I'm not that familiar with New York's ridiculously complicated sentencing laws, I know that a 40 year sentence rarely means that the perp will spend 40 years behind bars. There is always time off for being a good nigger, prison overcrowding, made up pandemics etc. I'll be surprised if this nigger is not out in 20.
