Police arrested three foul snakeheads accused of trying to steal 115 items from the JCPenney store at Carolina Place mall in Pineville on Thursday.
Police identified them as Rashard Travion Tolliver, Erin Shaquille Robbs and 28-year-old Kimberly Rodericka Clarke.
