The lawsuit, originally filed by four teachers in 1996, claimed that the exam was "culturally biased" in favor of White applicants. According to the plaintiffs, more than 90% of White applicants passed the multiple-choice and essay test while Black applicants only passed 53% of the time. Hispanic applicants only received passing scores 50% of the time.

of all prior tests taken by these blacks are even worse, and if they're not - they were "corrected" by black teachers
and administrators. 1.8 Billion ? How about a re-test instead ? You know they'd fail any test, no matter how dumbed

What a shame that Hispanics are being dragged along with the niggers on this. I can almost guarantee the Hispanics that don't have a problem with this are 100% without a doubt liberals because a traditional Hispanic family knows that to get what you want one has to work hard for it. My family taught me that at least, though it seems some Hispanics are still blinded by the tricks of the left. I only wish I can barge in on those Hispanics who support such a thing and remind them that we don't accept handouts like the niggers. Accepting help sure but just extending out your hands and demanding free handouts is a nigger thing, I thought we knew that but apparently some had just given up and taken the nigger route. Even in over 100 degree heat, I see Hispanics labor in construction, landscaping, and other outdoor work, wherein the nigger is nowhere to be found. Hispanics work hard and it is an injustice the left tries to meld niggers with them.

My brother is a teacher, and he said the problem these days lie in the newest generations of Hispanics, who are indoctrinated in free lunch, free education, free everything. But their parents and ancestors have the pride of working and not be lumped with niggers. This has got to be reversed.
