They might as well rename the city "Little Haiti" and get it over with because anywhere Niggers are put in charge of they ruin.

At one time, despite having a large nigger population, Little Rock was for the most part a peaceful city up until around 1989. The niggers were too lazy to fight or make money selling drugs on a major scale. The niggers there didn't really have gangs until a couple of LA niggers showed up and brought advanced nigger gang training. It's been a war zone since then.

Little Rock apparently also has the state's main hub for general mail. About half of the letters and packages sent between our family members and us has been lost or didn't show up until two months later.

I wouldn't GAF either except that next time that dumb nigger's errant bullet could find a human. It could even be me or my family just trying to travel around the city to get home. Either put a polycarbonate dome (hermetically sealed, of course) over these cities or send them BTA!
