Won't finger prints show up on the weapon also? I'm fairly sure a nigger is not smart enough to put gloves on its paws when it commits a crime.

Also I believe there are DNA tests that can detect all sorts of sources on clothing, access to one of their shirts they wore during the crime is enough irrefutable proof to throw the book at them
