In NYC, it's well over 90% by niggers and Latinos (the latter often being spiggers themselves). When the NYPD could stop and frisk, which was never without cause, only 70% of suspooks were niggers or Latinos. That means the suspooks were deliberately underrepresented, and yet that still wasn't enough.
