This is a typical Sovereign Citizen deal. Instead of claiming to be Moorish, this nigger claims to be "indigenous."

Police were dealing with the nigger because he was menacing others in the city park with a big stick. A big stick he initially refused to put down when the officer demanded it. The nigger is typically stupid, but smart enough to avoid the electric bull whip. I'm angry the officer didn't light him up. The niggerbabble and TNB was infuriating.
