The state of Maryland gives an enormous amount of funding to try and educate Baltimore niglets. I believe that altogether it is more than $14,000 per student (niglet/teenaper). Many of the nigs haven't been to school in years, but the schools keep them on the books in order to get more funding. It is a hopeless endeavor.
