About the taser....I've watched that video plenty and still don't see how she fucked that up. It wasn't a split second thing. She had a moment or two when the first cop was wrangling to reach for the correct item. AND she'd have to cross-draw to grab the taser, an 8 oz. tazer versus 34 oz. pistol.

At one time, the great Republic of Texas had a law on the books that required prior to charging one person with the death of another person, that the state show that the person killed was not due or likely due the death penalty for another crime even if not previously charged or convicted with said crime.

In other words, the state would have to ask the question did the defendant actually do the state a favor by dispatching the victim? If the answer was yes, then no crime was deemed committed.

Guilty plea in late 2019 - possession & sale of marijuana
