It does seem a bit surprising though that niggers have not tried to game the welfare system by importing hordes of nigglets and claiming benefits. (DON"T GIVE THEM ANY IDEAS!) Maybe niggers are not allowed to adopt because they can't even take care of themselves and social services sees that in the application.
