That goes for the rest of the western world as well of course. Just imagine we could have a honest discussion on race, IQ, crime rates and so on. A boat needs, at most, 2 anchors. The rest are surplus. Unless, of coarse, it's a merchant cargo ship carrying a shipment of boat anchors to be delivered and sold. The best thing to do is to sell the surplus boat anchors, or at least start charging storage fees to the manufacturer.
