I don't want to blame the victim here. As a former druggie and prostitute, she was very vulnerable, and the nigger probably gave her drugs to make her compliant.
BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. - A woman wants changes to be made at a youth behavioral health facility after she said it failed to protect her daughter from an employee accused of having sexual contact with the girl.
Michael Cadore Jr., 24, was arrested in August after he had sexual contact with a former student of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's Viera campus, police said.
Cocoa Beach police officers found the girl with Cadore during a traffic stop several days after she was discharged from the facility.
Police said a video on Cadore’s phone showed him engaging in a sexual act with the girl. He was arrested and fired from the facility.
