Hopefully with a heavy storm surge it will keep looting to a minimum. Knowing the Nigger and it's insatiable urge for stealing I'm wondering how long it will be before the Nigger takes to the water in search of free shit. Hopefully Harvey will claim some rock fish before it burns itself out.
