[Niggers are Useless]

Diversity hiring is a real thing. Over the last 3 years I have personally sat for job interviews for positions that I am more than qualified for, only to be denied time and time again. I have seen these same positions opened up immediately after the probationary period. I would bet money that the diversity hires that were given these positions failed immensely and were then promoted to another spot in order to open the position for someone who could actually do the job that I interviewed for. I know this is racial discrimination. If you’re white you don’t stand a chance. Just for fun I applied for a position I has applied for before that reopened . I was told initially that I wasn’t qualified for it. When I applied the second time, using the same resume and qualifying factors, I immediately got a phone call from the hiring department.
The difference was that I decided to fuck with them and this time I applied as a nigger. I said I was black on my application and boom ��, got a phone call. For the same position, using the same resume when I said I was white, Unqualified.
How about them apples.
Needless to say I told em to fuck off and pointed out the blazing inferno of racist woke niggerloving bias that was being used. .
I hope something changes because this has happened too many times to me.
That standing on principle cast me a great job that I would have been really good at.
