Tyre Sampson lawsuit: Family awarded $310 million in 2022 Florida free-fall attraction death
https://eu.floridatoday.com/story/news/2024/12/06/tyre-sampsons-family-awarded-million-orlando-icon-park-freefall/76817842007/

Tyre Sampson was remembered as an aspiring athlete, a good student and a caring son. He was only 14 but already 6 feet, 5 inches tall and weighed 383 pounds, according to the medical examiner's report (https://www.fox35orlando.com/news/orlando-freefall-death-autopsy-reveals-tyre-sampson-nearly-100-pounds-over-rides-limit).
383 lbs, what an aspiring athlete! :lol
I guess it had to appear like a bomb strike, when he batwinged ~ at least 100 ft free fall.

Sampson was nearly 100 lbs over the weight limit for the ride, which was 285 pounds.

The family has already settled with both ICON Park and the company that operated the ride, which was dismantled soon after the incident. This case was a civil verdict against the Austrian company that manufactured the ride, Funtime Handels GmbH. The family also was represented by civil rights attorney Ben Crump.

Given the fact the Austrian company did not bother to come to the court, I assume they do not have any asset in the USA. A chance having this nigger lottery enforced in Austria is pretty close to null. Second, GmbH in German is pretty much the same as Ltd. in the USA. The niggers are free to use the court order as a bath tissue if they will.

It's one thing to win a civil lawsuit, another to actually collect and have a judgement enforced. Hopefully no nigger lotto for the black behemoth.

The video was funny. I feel bad for the support staff that had to clean up its mess. there are weight limits for a reason. Now we have more uppity niggers to put up with.

Shitbag Ben Crump was involved:
“The defendants in Tyre’s case showed negligence in a multitude of ways,” attorney Ben Crump said in a statement posted to his law firm’s website. “One of the most glaring examples was failing to provide a $22 seatbelt on a ride that cost several million dollars to construct.https://lawandcrime.com/lawsuit/parents-of-14-year-old-boy-killed-in-fall-from-florida-amusement-park-ride-win-310-million/
