Hayley Meadors, 25, and her boyfriend, 25-year-old Eric King Jr., were gunned down Saturday afternoon in front of a home in the 100 block of North 28th Street.

Family members say Eric was working on a car outside. Hayley went out to check on him.
That's when, according to family, someone approached and fired multiple shots.

The parents were rushed to University Hospital. Both died.
