Every officer on the scene should have mag-dumped on that silly schvugger.
And please, officers - take a cue from your Brazilian counterparts, and just toss his shot up black
ass into a pickup bed, go have lunch, and then head to other crime scenes, to pick up more trash.
At days end, off load at the morgue. If any of the cargo objects, it gets dropped at the ER, and seen
after all humans go first.
