Only 6.1 percent of players on Opening Day rosters this season (https://deadspin.com/mlb-players-rosters-diversity-jackie-robinson-betts-1850282657) were Black, according to USA Today Sports (https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/mlb/columnist/bob-nightengale/2023/04/14/mlb-percentage-black-players-baseball-jackie-robinson-day/11657961002/). Actually, that would be pretty statistically representative. Black males are about 6.5% of the U.S. population. They won't be happy until MLB rosters are 70% dindu, like feetsball and bakkaball.
