Kesharn Burney ordered up a helping of batwings at JJ's Fish and Chips and had them specially delivered by Dayton Police. Burney was involved in a drug deal in the parking lot of JJ’s Fish and Chips when spotted by police. Burney attempted to flee, running over a police officer resulting in other officers firing on the niggermobile, delivering the wings hot and fresh.
