This is Marceau. This buck is permitted to live in anEIGHT bedroom apartment for a pittance. He has "anxiety" so his rent should never go up. Pictures of the nest show it looking like a filthy dumpster, of course.
What is going on? I know about the Sec8 and all that crap but should this buck be given a place that could house a family of 6, be permitted to rent out rooms in it, and turn the charity he's getting into a money-making business?
