It would be too easy to suggest that these law m̶a̶k̶e̶r̶s breakers are smoking crack. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is a carefully planned, timed and executed all out assault on every American and it was planned as nothing else even though they know the end court results. This is about envelope pushing.

Consider the timing around Elon Musk's twitter acquisition. I think he's probably the main target as a claimed free speech absolutist. This would even force all newspapers to cease and desist all user comment sections about stories. Why would any media outlet keep them open? Podcast would be shut down as well.

Everyone will be offended at some point by someone. You can't even post a yard sale notice on Craigslist without some idiot taking offense to something innocuous.

I WILL BE THE FIRST to overload their systems with complaints about the hate speech of liberals toward conservatives just to fight the system in an attempt to break it.

Barring the assassination of any more SCOTUS justices (yes, Scalia was assassinated) during this admin, this WILL be overturned in short order. The only problem will be the damage done in the mean time to potentially millions of American lives and businesses.
