NBC is full of shit with this article, as usual.

When I first came here in '92, I was warned not to live in NOLA due to crime and flooding. The flooding is because the city sits in a bowl below sea level. I see it as a toilet. It floods because it is full of shit.

NOLA is suffering from mass niggerdom and nothing else. Even the flooding would be fixed if there were no niggers in charge of anything. Instead, they rule over their own little fiefdoms at every turn from the Sewerage and Water Board to the entire legal system. ALL of the recently elected judges, DA's, Sheriff etc have been hand picked by George Soros and his ilk. They are doing the same thing that they do in every city. Low/no bail, low sentence, ignore thefts < $1K, etc. This place was in bad shape before. Now, I won't cross the river unless I absolutely have to.

I honestly hope the next hurricane levels the entire city and kills them all so they can start over. I just hope I'm gone before it happens. I wish I had never been stationed here. Damn Navy. C'est la vie.
