That's how the "University" of Potsdam (Berlin, Germany) wants its students to be:

No joke (not like the "Universities" of today)! Source is the University magazine, that atrocity is full of gender, racism, evil whiteness nonsense. In German (but the texts are the usual genderbabble, hence not worth to read), but what's interesting: Lots of pictures of people, but all are either females or niggers, sand niggers. 60 pages, no white males (ok, not entirely true, but the two white males I found were actually in advertisements):
