Dumb ape finds this vehicle was an unmarked police vehicle with the officer inside it, and was swiftly wrangled.

Naturally he is already out on 12k bond. He also possessed a stolen firearm at the time of the wrangling, meaning if his victim wasn’t an officer it’s a safe assumption he might have shot them. Great idea to release this ape, I’m sure his stay in the holding cells was very relaxing and the nigger has already attempted another carjacking as I finish typing this.
