I looked at some of the other african websites to attempt to validate this article. The few articles about this birff also take it seriously and that it wasn't that big of deal. Back in the 50's some african chimp wranglers (actual ones, not the Police) captured a chimp with human-like behaviors. They named it Oliver and there are some youtubes about it. One of Oliver's "owners" in describing the origin of Oliver said "well, something happened back there in the jungle." Jebus. Also, the african local news and current affairs websites are just a freakshow of mass murder and incest.
