Some of you oldies may remember, I owned a small tech company years ago. Wasn't open to the public, basically built to order computers/servers/etc for our clients. Due to some health issues, I semi-retired, gave the company to my previous employee's, consult with them from time to time (when needed) and charge a small amount of rent for the the building I own that they use (basically 1/3 of what rental space would be). Anyway.

I just was served with a lawsuit, that included myself (being the land owner) and my previous company. I googled the lawyer, he comes off like some shyster fuck who will take anyone as a client, then settle for whatever they can, take his 60% and move onto the next stupid bullshit lawsuit.

So with said company, we have a 6 foot chain link fence, with barbed wire around the top. Being a tech company, it wasn't uncommon for niggers to try to break into the building or our dumpsters to steal whatever they could. Dumpsters are locked, gates are locked, building has camera's/security system, they are VERY protected. Just keep that in mind.

According to the complaint, on July 4th, a nigger was attempting to climb over our fence. He claims he was trying to retrieve something (doesn't say what) from the property. In the process, his pant leg got caught on the chain link fence. He then went ass over tea kettle, hit his head on the pavement and was "knocked out" for an undetermined amount of time. He woke up, had to undo his pants to free himself, climbed back over the fence, was cut up in the barbed wire, retrieved his pants and promptly went to the hospital. I just called down to the shop, Jody was served late yesterday and said that they have NOTHING on the security camera's (which cover every square inch of the place). She is in turn calling our business lawyer to see what to do next. Now, in the complaint, the nigger is claiming 38K in hospital bills, 10K in loss of work, 52K in "pain and suffering". They are also asking for a and I quote "minority report" on the company, to see how many minority employee's that are employed (they are shit out of luck, of the 20 employee's, 4 are Hmong, 2 are Mexican and 2 are Chinese. BUT they will dismiss the complaint and settle for 15K to avoid courts.

I cannot wait for the business lawyer to come in and read this bullshit.


I just called the courthouse, this "lawsuit" has not been filed. This is a scare tactic to settle, then they will possibly file. The court administrator laughed when I told her the lawyers name, she said "I don't think this will go well in front of a judge". Just waiting to hear back from our lawyer now. Last time something like this happened, was when the midget thieving nigger got stuck in our dumpster, who tried to sue us. It didn't go his way...

The lawyer most likely sent you a demand letter. Those are letters shyster lawyers use in hope that you will settle. Going to court is expensive and he is hoping just to get the cash and run. At least that is my guess. These letters are deliberately worded rudely.

His sworn statement becomes evidence as soon as the suit is filed. You have time stamped video that proves that nothing happened. Case dismissed in court isn't good enough for this situation. I dropped off the video's and stuff to our lawyer. He said that we will just ignore it, unless they file, once they file we can go for their throats. So we will see what happens.

I spent the weekend, going through the outside security camera's. Actually watched them from June 28th to July 10th, there was NOT a single instance to what this nigger is claiming. Nothing. I dropped off the video's and stuff to our lawyer. He said that we will just ignore it, unless they file, once they file we can go for their throats. So we will see what happens.


I'm no lawyer, but IMHO, if you think you have valid grounds to sue, do it in small claims court. It will cost you only a small filing fee, and if you lose you aren't out much, unlike with a lawyer.
