You can tell this happend late afternoon/early evening by the long shadows.

I always tell people if you need to venture into or near a nigger neighborhood, do so in the morning because spooks don't get up until well after lunch!

Tru Dat!! When I lived in Wilmington, Delaware I would always grocery shop in the early morning hours. Niggers were still sleeping off the previous night's crack binge!!

I kept trying to wipe the spot off my phone screen once the video went still. Turns out it was whatever the thing on that apartment ceiling was. Looked like one of those giant Madagascar cockroaches.
