18-year-old charged with sexually assaulting boy in Brooklyn Park porta potty

The victim, 6 years old, was seen by a family member coming out of a porta potty at Willowstone Park on May 26, police have said, with an adult male exiting behind him. That night, the boy said someone took off his clothes and then touched him in private areas.
The boy's uncle brought the boy and other family members to the park that day. At 9 p.m. they prepared to leave, but the uncle couldn't find the boy. That's when he saw his nephew exit the porta potty, with a man - identified later as Canny - walking out behind him.
The uncle confronted Canny, who claimed the boy was stuck in the porta potty, and that he'd tried to help him.
At 11:05 p.m., the boy's family called police. According to the boy's mother, he told her someone had removed his clothes and touched him in private areas. He later told interviewers the same thine.
The uncle identified Canny in a lineup.
An adult who knows Canny called police and said she believed he was involved, noting he "is drawn to small children," often visits Willowstone Park, and that he was at the park on the day the incident happened.
