Olay I just opened the story to read it, it happened in Wynwood, that's not far from Hialeah, and Wynwood is predominantly Puerto Rican, I had a Colombian friend tell me one time that the PR's are cousins to niggers, they hang together, screw each other...etc , and in PR, the nigger is extremely engrained with the PR's...
