In a photo from last August's "commitment" march that surfaced recently, the juror, Brandon Mitchell, who is Black, is seen wearing a T-shirt with an image of Martin Luther King Jr. and the phrase, "Get Your Knee Off Our Necks," the name of the march itself.

In the photo, he is smiling alongside two men and wearing a hat that said "BLM," for Black Lives Matter.

Lied about his connection with BLM and the 2020 protests over dead nigger Floyd. When asked about any participation in the protests in Minneapolis, he said "no" but didn't mention that he was chimping at a DC George Floyd protest. Jury of his peers by ass.!

Niggers, and liberals lie all the time, persecutors and judges don't care. Their thing is to protect niggers at all cost.

It isn't like they did not know. The prosecution KNEW. They filled the jury with people they knew were going to vote guilty. It was his defense that is to blame.

Maybe, but I can imagine them challenging a juror, and the judge slapping them down. They might have resigned themselves to a prejudiced jury and figured it's at least grounds for appeal.

That is possible and if true was a smart move. His lawyer could have known there was no chance of a fair verdict. However it is still a gamble as depending on the judges they could just deny him a retrial which seems a high possibility given how it all went down in the first place.

Yeah, I really have no hope with his appeals. Even if the judges aren't niggers or coddlers, they still have the same problem: do they let him go and allow half the country to erupt in riots?

The poor guy was screwed from all directions. It could be appealed up to SCOTUS and he'll still be behind bars for a long time.
