Having to deal with these type of housing inspectors before in nyc. 99% of the workers etc.. are niggers. They don't do a job. I paid for a inspection once to get rid of old violations, when i brought my place. Instead of clearing them all. I got a new one cause he didn't check off the 2 old ones. Lazy useless bastards. He did a partial job.

Anyway the departments in hpd and dob are filled with niggers.

There is someone named Chinn Chong where I work (yes two N). Trust me, it is hard as fuck not to laugh every time I talk to her. Plus I hate her so that helps. She complains a lot and tries to make me the middle man between her and someone else who she thinks should be doing something. I always snap at her and say " It is on the fuckin shelf. You two figure it out!".
