Breaking news overnight. A man fired 17 shots into a crowd of 5 people in Kensington, wounding 3 of them. This happened at Coral and Rush Streets around 12:30 this morning. Witnesses said for seemingly no reason, the gunman started shooting in the direction of a 32-year-old man, striking him in the face and the arm.
SCOTT SMALL: He said there was no robbery, no argument. The shooter just walked up, pulled the gun, and fired 17 shots.
