According to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office, the woman, identified as Alena Jenkins, 40, was inside the restaurant without wearing a mask.
When Jenkins was confronted by employees for violating the restaurant's mask policy, Jenkins allegedly yelled "F*cking Mexicans! Go ahead and call the cops."
Jenkins also allegedly struck the manager on the shoulder.

I'm amazed, but in California, charges will probably be dropped. At most that nigger will plead "no contest" and get a suspended sentence.
